Refund policy

Customer Satisfaction is our goal. We cannot accept returns of our dog treat products due to food safety issues. Please donate any unused treats to a local shelter if permissible or dispose properly.  We will allow a one time replacement - if you are not satified with purchased treats for any reason, we will send a replacement of your choosing from our treat lines.

Non-treat products have a 15 day money back guarantee if returned in new condition with tags attached. Items can be exchanged by contacting us for instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage, but we will pay shipping for the replacement. We cannot take back used items except in the case of a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will need an email explaining the situation and any relevant photos. After determination, we will give instructions on returns of defective products at no cost to the customer.
